I think u shouldnt use Mage's list cause most of the words sould be changed with their positions in the sentence. Otherwise it loses its meaning. So always refer to beet's or aleko's lists. Theirs are like "small sentence groups"

i find it a little disturbing that the not only is the word for pad is tampon, but that the list is in this order

Pad = tampon
Leech = sülük
Worm = solucan


anyways....so if i need to ask someone in turkish is he has shell pads...i have to ask him for tampons.......i'm scared

Dont translate "goblin" or "pads" most turkish peple dont even know what goblin is.. Also i havent seen a turk using buyucu tamponu instead of goblin pads. (thats not the exact translation anyway, buyucu = mage and tampon is almost the same with english ) so write "Sende goblin pad var mi?" if you want to ask for goblin pads kiyana.
Sende ___ var mi? = Do you have ___?
Bana ___ satar misin? = Can you sell me ___?
Ne kadar? = How much?

Both sentences u've written can be used. "I dont know turkish"s exact translation is "Turkce bilmiyorum".
Turkce konusamiyorum is for i cant speak turkish. but i recommend you to use turkce bilmiyorum because its more commonly used.
